Coaching for change

Coaching is based on the idea that human beings are capable of change, and that when we want to change, the key resource is within us. A coach does not change us. A coach helps us work out what change we want, and how to make change in our lives that will last.

Comas, the social innovation organisation that developed Serenity Café, has pioneered this Recovery Coaching learning programme for people in recovery and those who work with people in recovery.
